"Brothers and sisters, fill your minds with whatever is good and true, whatever is pure, whatever is noble and right, whatever is lovely, whatever is honorable and admirable, if anything is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things. Put them into practice, and God -who gives us peace- will be with you." (Philippians 4:8)

"Thanks for the Gift: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13)

We must train our minds to think upon these positive and peaceful things. We must keep our minds protected, because the devil could take advantage of those vulnerable ones.

"The Awaking with Roses."

"The Awaking with Roses."
Good Morning!!
There will be a time in your life when you finally get in the midst of your fears, and somewhere the voice inside your head will cry out...
Enough of weeping and struggling to hold on!
Then, like a child quieting down after a tantrum, you blink back your tears, and begin to look at the world through new eyes...
"THIS IS YOUR AWAKING."
You'll realize it is about time to stop hoping and waiting for something to change, or for happiness, safety and security to magically show up over the next horizon. You'll realize that there aren't always a fairy tale ending in the real world, neither guarantee of  "a happily ever after", so it must begin with you. Within the process, a sense of serenity will be born of acceptance.
You awaken to the fact that you are NOT PERFECT, not everyone will always love, appreciate or approve of who or what you are. That is OK. They are entitled to their own personal views and opinions, just like you have your own points of view...
You'll learn the importance of loving and championing yourself.
Within the process, a sense of new found confidence and self-esteem will be born of self-approval.
You stop complaining and blaming other people for the things they did to you, or did not do for you. You'll learn the only thing you can really count on is the unexpected. Trust in yourself, for you can do it!
You'll learn that people do not always say what they mean, or mean what they say. Not everyone will always be there for you with positive thoughts or good news, and everything is not always about you.
So, you'll learn to stand on your own feet, and take good care of yourself. Give yourself a good hug, and begin to think about your good spiritual and physical health. Then, within the process, a sense of safety and security will be born of self-reliance. This is your awaking...
You stop judging and pointing fingers to others. You certainly do NOT know if they are struggling for one thing or another. Perhaps, they are fighting some kind of battle.
DO NOT JUDGE!
God will be the One who will Judge each of us
at the end of our times.
Then, you'll begin to accept people as they are, and to overlook their shortcomings and human frailties. Within the process, a sense of peace and contentment will be born of forgiveness.
You'll learn to open up to new worlds and different points of view. You'll begin reassessing and redefining who you are, and what you really stand for.
You'll learn the difference between wanting and needing.
God bless! Peace be with you!

"MY PHOTO POEM" BY STARRY.

"MY PHOTO POEM"  BY  STARRY.

Today is my birthday. I do not know how and why
I have lived and reached this far in time.
I guess God must have a plan for my life to use me as
His instrument in His Almighty Army of God.
Telling you the truth, I have felt like my words and photo described in my poem,
for I have been hurt so badly like a real burden,

and for so long...
Yet, I am thrilling to admit that from this moment on,
I allow myself to change my ABC mind.
Last night, God spoke to me in my dreams...
He said: "Oh, my child! I have seen you suffer

through your heart. It hurts me that you are hurt.
But, if all you have left is God in this fleeting world,
in fact, God is all you need."
Then, I shall decide to change into

"THE NEW ME."
Until we write again.

Food for Thoughts with My Poem.

Food for Thoughts with My Poem.

You learn that there is power and glory in creating, contributing and helping others with compassion. You stop maneuvering through life merely as a “materialistic consumer” looking for your next fix or outfit.

You learn that principles and lasting moral values, such as honesty and integrity are not the outdated ideals of a bygone era, but the mortal ones that hold together the real foundation upon which you must build an honest Christian life.

You learn that you don’t know everything, it’s not your job to save the world, and you can’t teach a pig to sing. You learn the only Cross to bear is the one you choose to carry, and that martyrs get burned at the stake.

Then, you learn about love. You learn to look at relationships as they really are, not as you would have them be. You learn that be alone does not mean lonely.

You stop trying to control people, situations and outcomes. You learn to distinguish between guilt, responsibility, the importance of setting boundaries and learning to say “NO.”

You also stop working so hard at putting your feelings aside, smoothing things over and ignoring your needs.

You learn that your body really is your temple. You begin to care for it and treat it with respect. You begin to eat a balanced diet, drinking more water, and take more time to exercise.

You learn that being tired fuels doubt, fear, and uncertainty. So, you ought to take more time to rest. And, just as food fuels the body, laughter fuels our soul. So, you ought to take more time to laugh and play.

You learn that, for the most part, you get in life what you deserve, and that much of life truly is a self-fulfilling prophecy.

You learn that anything worth achieving is worth working for. Wishing for something to happen is different than working towards making it happen.

More importantly, you learn that in order to achieve success, you will need direction, discipline and perseverance. You learn that no one can do it all alone, and that it’s OK to risk asking for help.

You learn the only thing you must truly fear is fear itself. You learn to step right into and through your fears, because you know that whatever happen you can handle it and to give in to fear is to give away the right to live life on your own terms.

You will learn to fight for your life, and not to squander it living under a cloud of impending doom.

You will learn life isn’t always fair. You won’t always get what you think you deserve. Sometimes bad things happen to unsuspecting, good people. So, you will learn to not always take it personally.

"OUR MORNING PRAYER."

"OUR MORNING PRAYER."
Dear Heavenly Father and Lord, Jesus Christ,
I love You and need You. Please, come into my life and heart!
I thank You for this newborn day. I thank You for my being able to see and hear this morning. I am blessed because You are a forgiving and understanding God. You have done so much for me, and You keep on blessing me. Please, forgive me this day for everything I have done, said or thought that was not pleasing You. Now, I ask for Your forgiveness.
Help me start this day with a new attitude and plenty of gratitude. Let me make the best of each and every day to clear my mind, so that I can hear from You. Please, broaden my mind that I can accept all things. Let me not whine and whimper over things that I have no control over, and give me the best response when I am pushed beyond my limits.
I know that when I can't pray, You listen to my heart. Please, continue to use me as an instrument to do Your will, Lord. Continue to bless me that I may be a blessing to others. Please, keep me strong that I may help the weak. Keep me uplifted that I may have words of encouragement for others in need.
I pray for those who may feel unloved, unwanted, forsaken.
I pray for those who are lost and can't find their way. I pray for those who are misjudged and misunderstood. I pray for those who might ignore the sharing of this morning prayer.
I pray for those who turn their backs on me, ignore me, and do not want me as their good friend any longer.
I pray for those who don't believe in the power of prayers.
I thank You that I believe God changes people, and God changes things according to His time and will.
I pray for my family, friends, my sisters and brothers in Christ, for each and every family member in their households.
I pray for peace, health, love and joy in their homes, and all their needs are met.
I pray that every eye that reads this morning prayer knows that there is no problem, circumstance, or situation greater than God. Every battle is in Your hands for You to fight, dear Lord.
I pray that these words might be a blessing to others, and received into the hearts of every eye that sees it.
In Jesus' most Holy Name, I pray. AMEN.
AUTHOR'S NOTE: I look at the way someone talks, writes, behaves, etc, and I shall see if the way their behaviours line up with whatever they say or do.
If they don't, I won't believe them...Period.
When you see something definetely wrong, say and do something about it, don't keep it to yourself! Help others!
We ought to speak for those who have no voice at all. Be a good Christian, not with just shallow words alone, yet with good actions that speak louder than words.
I believe in a Brotherhood of Christians in Action.
DO NOT LET EVIL FORCES BREAK YOUR SPIRIT!
WEAR THE ARMOUR OF GOD AT ALL TIMES!

"FOOD FOR THOUGHTS."

"FOOD FOR THOUGHTS."
We are the ones who suffer when we hold onto past grievances. We give situations and people in our past power over us, and the same situations and people keep us mentally enslaved. They continued to control us when we stay stuck in "unforgiveness". This is why forgiveness work as of paramount importance.
We arrive to a point in life where we much stop chanting names of those who have not been good to us for reasons better known to them. We have to lift them out from our minds lest they occupy a permanent residence and capture our brains, thus causing stress and harm.
I could see what is wrong with those folks with a narrow kind of mind set that can't forget. Actually, I find it ironic those preaching God and judging others are most -un-godly. But it is a beautiful thing to see so many people waking up to the collective conscious. That is what I encourage all to focus on, attract the positive energy, and counteract the negative energy.
How you ever heard about Seasonal Moods, like Winter Moods?...
While some of us love the autumnal scenes, others dread the accompanying dark nights and harsh weather. With the nights drawing in, the relentless rain, and the gloomy sky, Seasonal Affective Disorder sufferers are dreading the impending months of Autumn and Winter.
How the Winter Blues can cause depression?...
The condition is caused by a Biochemical Imbalance in the Hypothalamus due to the shortening of daylight hours, and the lack of sunlight in Winter.
The lack of light throws off our body clocks, leading to sadness. Symptoms include lethargy, sleeping troubles, loss of interest, anxiety, social problems, depression, and craving for carbohydrates and sweet food. For many people, sadness is a disabling illness, preventing them from functioning normally without continuous medical treatment. For others, it is a mild condition causing discomfort, but not a severe suffering.
This is known as subsyndromal "sadness" or "Winter Blues." It is estimated that a further 17% of the U.S. population have this milder form of condition.
"Light Therapy" can help beat the blues of those who struggle to survive the wintery months.
Try to find a hobby/activity or something for you to enjoy doing, apart from your usual tasks.
I am sure it might help you a great deal.
I know it does to me.
I keep my mind active.
God Bless!
