"Brothers and sisters, fill your minds with whatever is good and true, whatever is pure, whatever is noble and right, whatever is lovely, whatever is honorable and admirable, if anything is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things. Put them into practice, and God -who gives us peace- will be with you." (Philippians 4:8)

"Thanks for the Gift: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13)

We must train our minds to think upon these positive and peaceful things. We must keep our minds protected, because the devil could take advantage of those vulnerable ones.

"Keep your minds active and healthy."

"Keep your minds active and healthy."

These inspirational words may help you find the way in your life.
I find the following Bible Verse filled with great wisdom. It says...

"...Brothers and Sisters in Christ, fill your minds with whatever is good and true, whatever is pure, whatever is noble and right, whatever is lovely, whatever is honorable and admirable, if anything is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things. Put them into practice, and our Father, God -who gives us peace- will be with you." (Philippians 4:8)

When I grew older, I realized how important that Bible Verse would be to me. We have to train our minds to think upon these positive and peaceful things. God has given us the keys to have a peaceful mind, but we have to be willing to obey it. We must do all we could to protect our minds from destructive habits or evil inputs. We must keep our minds protected, because they could really turn into a dreadful battlefield; and the devil works inside one´s mind, and takes advantage of those vulnerable ones. So, be on the alert.

One area of refocusing our minds is in the area of our emotions. At times, our minds could become bombarded with anger, fear, frustration, depression or hopelessness. You see, as long as we live in an imperfect world, we shall be faced with these challenges. However, in those dreadful moments of self-doubts, we must decide and focus our attention in what we want to become, either good or bad or nothing at all. We should pray to the Lord for His help at that point. We don´t have to stay or dwell on bad state of minds that hurt us. We should indeed, allow ourselves to change for the better and for our own goodness. We are free to choose from good or wrong with a genuine goodwill. Christ only shows us the right way to go in our lives.

FIND THE WAY IN YOUR LIFE.

The Bible tells us words of wisdom about these reflections: "A Living Hope." (Peter 1:3-7, 12)

"Let us give thanks to God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ!! Because of His great mercy, He gave us new life by raising Jesus Christ from death. This fills us with a living hope, and so we look forward to possessing the rich blessings that God keeps for His people. He keeps them for you in Heaven, where they cannot decay or spoil or fade away. They are for you, who through faith are kept safe by God´s power for the salvation which is ready to be revealed at the end of time. Be glad about this, even though it may now be necessary for you to be sad for a while because of the many kinds of trials you suffer. Their purpose is to prove that your faith is genuine. Even gold, which can be destroyed, is tested by fire; and so your faith, which is much more precious than gold, must also be tested, so that it may endure. Then, you will receive praise and glory and honor on the Day when Jesus Christ is revealed."

"...God revealed to these prophets that their work was not for their own benefit, but for yours, as they spoke about those things which you have now heard from the messengers for the Lord who announced the Good News by the power of the Holy Spirit sent from Heaven."
If each of us plant good seeds in this world, we shall collect great harvest after all.
WE HOPE FOR A BETTER WORLD, A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE IN FOR ALL OF US.
