"Brothers and sisters, fill your minds with whatever is good and true, whatever is pure, whatever is noble and right, whatever is lovely, whatever is honorable and admirable, if anything is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things. Put them into practice, and God -who gives us peace- will be with you." (Philippians 4:8)

"Thanks for the Gift: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13)

We must train our minds to think upon these positive and peaceful things. We must keep our minds protected, because the devil could take advantage of those vulnerable ones.

"PRAYING FOR THE MISSING ONES."

"PRAYING FOR THE MISSING ONES."

I can't let this day go by without saying a prayer to our dear Father in Heaven for the missing ones. I read, hear, see all sort of sad news not only on TV, but also on the Radio, Internet, Newspapers, Post Office Boards, Advertisements, and so on. Some news are dreadful and devastating, especially when the ones we love are not there with us from one reason or another. We constantly hear about Natural Disasters of all kind; people and animals disappear or vanish into thin air. We go into Post Office Stations and see many posts and pictures of Missing Children Nationwide and Worldwide. We don't know why these bad things may happen. I am really scared!! We can only pray to the Lord to have Mercy. This morning, I heard that a loving horse from my dear blogger friend recently passed away. I would like to pray for my friend and his dear family at this time of grieving. My daughter called me a few months ago and told me that her loving Yorkie dog, Pearl disappeared from her own home. Some evil doer might have stolen my daughter's dog, or Pearl might have run away without knowing the danger of the unknown out there in the streets. One of my best friends, my dear cat Mimmo, recently lost his life on the hands of an unskilled Veterinarian. He stole his dear life from me. Many pets are missing from the streets, and from their own homes. Good folks do not realize that weird evil people steal dogs, cats, horses, etc. to eat them in some countries far away in the world. Those folks got a very cruel practice in killing dogs, cats, horses, etc. for food. Pets are our loving companions, our best friends, and we should take good care of them as members of our own family. Let's open our eyes!! It is very sad to know that these evil things happen to them...
Today's Prayer is about Asking the Lord for MERCY, and Praying for the Missing Ones...
The Lord's Prayer. (Matthew Chapter 6 in the Scriptures.)
"When you pray, go to your room, close the door, and pray to your Father, who is unseen. And your Father, who sees what you do in private, will reward you. When you pray, do not use a lot of meaningless words. Your Father already knows what you need before you ask him. This, then, is how you should pray:
Dear Lord and Heavenly Father,
Our Father in Heaven, may your Holy Name be honoured; may Your Kingdom come; may Your will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Give us today the food we need. Forgive us the wrongs we have done, as we forgive the wrongs that others have done to us. Do not bring us to hard testing, but keep us safe from the evil one."
We ask these things in the Holy Name of Jesus, we pray. AMEN.
Thank you in advance for reading my posts!! God may bless you all!!

Hi Starry Dawn,

It is so hard to lose an animal especially one that is dear to us. I am sorry to hear about your cat Mimmo and your daughter's dog Pearl. It breaks my heart to hear about all of these missing children as well.

We live in bad times, the end times to be sure. It is a good reminder to make sure our heart is in alignment with God and we are on a clean slate with Him.

Blessings sweet girl, you have such a tender heart!

I'm sorry Starry. It is so horrible for anyone or even an animal to be missing. Such a helpless feeling. I too pray God will loose angels to protect those who are away from home -- who have been stolen.

Bless you!
Beth

A pet becomes like a member of our family - I pray I see my dear dog Willis in heaven one day. I am sorry for your loss. Please know that God understands more than you can imagine and loves you dearly. I have a picture of my dog in a nice frame that I keep in my home - it brings me comfort - perhaps you can do the same. Blessings to you.

Oh!! Hi Carole,
I am so glad you have stopped by and visited my inspirational site. The visits of my readers certainly encourage me to keep on going, to keep on posting. Yes!! I agree with you, sweetheart. Dear pets become a member of our family. We need them!! They are our daily companions. Their genuine and unconditional love is a lubricating fuel that ignites the complex engine of our inner beings. Their sincere love is a true energy from which we -as animal lovers- nourish on daily basis. When our best friends, our dear pets depart from us to Heaven, then we feel the depth of emptyness that they have left in replace of their great deep love. God may bless you, Carole, and those beloved ones of yours!!
I've also got many pictures of all my dear animals all over my house. It breaks my heart not to have them...
