"Brothers and sisters, fill your minds with whatever is good and true, whatever is pure, whatever is noble and right, whatever is lovely, whatever is honorable and admirable, if anything is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things. Put them into practice, and God -who gives us peace- will be with you." (Philippians 4:8)

"Thanks for the Gift: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13)

We must train our minds to think upon these positive and peaceful things. We must keep our minds protected, because the devil could take advantage of those vulnerable ones.

"Faith Can Move Mountains."

"Faith Can Move Mountains."

As life goes on, we may feel discouraged and frustrated at times, when things are always going wrong and not the way we have expected it. Some people still dwell in the past that it may seem better than today. Some folks may have their expectations in a better future. However, we only have this day, today. We should make the best of it, if you have faith!!

Faith can move mountains, if you trust that you can make a real difference for yourself and for others by contributing with positive things for a better and more prospective aspects in your life towards the future. We all know that life is not a bed of roses, it could be a bed of thorns instead. God did not promise that all will be perfect.

If you have faith and trust the Lord with all your heart, you will be able to see the light that God has set for your life as His plan for you. It is a saying that faith can move mountains.

It is true that God may bless you today with discomfort at easy answers, half truths, superficial relationships, so that you will live deep within your heart.

It is also true that God may bless you today with anger at injustice, oppression and exploitation, so that you will work for justice, equality and peace.

God may bless you today with tears to shed for those who suffer from pain, rejection, starvation and war, so that you will reach out your hand to comfort them and change their pain into joy.

And God may also bless you today with the foolishness to think that you can make a difference in the world, so that you will do the things which others tell you that they cannot be done.

Seek for the light that the Lord has set up for you and follow His plan in your life. There is so much that you could do TODAY with your generose heart, if you expect nothing in return.

There are two days about which we should not worry, and they should be kept from fear and aprehension. One of these days is YESTERDAY with all its mistakes and cares, its faults and blunders, its aches and pains. Yesterday has passed forever beyond our control. All the money in the world cannot bring back yesterday.

We cannot undo a single act we performed; we cannot erase a single word we said. Yesterday is gone forever.

The other day we should not worry about is TOMORROW with all its possible adversities, its burdens, its large promise and its poor performance; tomorrow is also beyond our immediate control. Tomorrow´s sun will rise, either in splendor or behing a mask of clouds, but it will rise.

Until it does, we have no stake in tomorrow, for it is yet to be born.

This leaves only one day, TODAY. Any person can fight the battle of just one day. It is when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternities Yesterday and Tomorrow that we break down. It is not the experience of Today that drives a person mad, it is the remorse or bitterness of something which happened Yesterday and the dread of what Tomorrow may bring.

LET US, THEREFORE, LIVE ONE DAY AT A TIME.

I´ll include some Scriptures related with the fact that FAITH CAN MOVE MOUNTAINS. This is the message for today...

"JESUS APPEARS TO HIS DISCIPLES." (Luke 24: 36-49)

While the two were telling them this, suddenly the Lord himself stood among them and said to them, "Peace be with you."

They were terrified, thinking that they were seeing a ghost. But he said to them, "Why are you alarmed? Why are these doubts coming up in your minds? Look at my hands and my feet, and see that it is I myself. Feel me, and you will know, for a ghost doesn´t have flesh and bones, as you can see I have."

He said this and showed them his hands and his feet. They sill could not believe, they were so full of joy and wonder; so he asked them, "Have you anything here to eat?" They gave him a piece of cooked fish, which he took and ate in their presence.
Then he said to them, "These are the very things I told you about while I was still with you: everything written about me in the Law of Moses, the writings of the prophets, and the Psalms had to come true."
Then he opened their minds to understand the Scriptures, and said to them, "This is what is written: the Messiah must suffer and must rise from death three days later, and in his name the message about repentance and the forgiveness of sins must be preached to all nations, beginning in Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things. And I myself will send upon you what my Father has promised. But you must wait in the city until the power from above comes down upon you."
"Jesus is taken Up to Heaven." (Luke 24: 50-53)
Then he led them out of the city as far as Bethany, where he raised his hands and blessed them. As he was blessing them, he departed from them and was taken up into Heaven. They workshipped him and went back into Jerusalem, filled with great joy, and spent all their time in the Temple giving thanks to God.
FAITH CAN MOVE MOUNTAINS, IF YOU BELIEVE.
